Earlier in the year I spent a wonderful weekend shooting and learning about the production of silks and woven fabrics in Cambodia with writer Jessica Sander, Princess Ermine Norodom and elected President of Cambodian Womens Entrepeneur Association, Ms. Seng Takakneary’s and her passionate team from Khmer Silk Elegant Magazine.
We visited some amazingly talented specialist silk producers and learnt some very encouraging secrets about the future of natural fabrics, such as lotus silks, being developed in Cambodia.
